Like the wheels, I run 17x9 cobra rims on my 240sx. the weight is not bad for 10.5 " either.

Yea, those wheels are a nice find. Good price to weight ratio too.

He better hurry I think 315si on 10.5" rims would look good on a 240. Only 5.5" backspacing is not alot though. That could be your problem in the front maybe about 1.5" outside fender.

I took one of the wheels to work and we measured the back spacing it's 6 7/16 not 5.54 Ok I get home jack the car up sure enough the wheel hits the coilover. So now I need a spacer i'm going to go with a 7/16 one and that calls for longer wheel studs. I have to grind on the caliper alittle too and either pull or cut my front bumper some. After all that they fit just fine.. haha The wheel hangs out about 2 inches guess i'll try and pull the fender out to cover it up more.

Be sure to get hubcentric spacers. I like ichiba they come with new studs for about 75 bucks a pair. If you get a chance weigh them. My 17x9 weighs 24lbs with about 5.5 backspacing. May of just given standard specs for wheels on site. A berkley fish scale works good for weighing parts under 50 lbs. Cost about 5 bucks at walmart has handle and hook, makes things easy.

Oh we put it on a scale at work that's used for shipping so it should be close. Wheel and tire was 52.2

Wow I would think 315s would weigh over 30lbs alone. So thats not bad.

Hey if you want to bring a jack to the next meet, i'll bring one of the wheels and you can see if it will fit your car. I'm going to put them in a storage building till I get the car almost done.
Update Installed the subframe connectors and reinstalled the engine and transmission this weekend.

Time for an update. I have the rear coil over kit(no shocks or springs yet) and I just placed an order for the torque arm.
