Steeda gave the okay to camp on their grounds at the RallyX.
The Steeda building is located on the SE corner of Clay Road and Azalea East Parkway. The RallyX track will be located behind the Steeda building along Azalea East Parkway.
You may camp at the end of the culdesac on Azalea East Pkwy or right behind the Steeda building next to the parking lot.

I wanted to go and spectate but I had to get some trailer wiring fixed for an upcoming trip. Is Dixie going to hold another event anytime soon? This sounds like a lot of fun. Also read that a car rolled over? It would probably be a good idea to run some form of beater.

They don't have any scheduled yet. I think they're recovering and taking stock on how they did. There were only 13 entries, so that didn't help. But maybe as it gets a bit warmer and word starts getting out, then maybe more folks will show up to run.
Speaking of running a beater, they are also considering allowing stock class 4cyl dirt track cars to run the event in their own class. Several other regions have done this with some limited participation.
These dirt track cars make good RallyX cars because they have roll cages, race seats, race harnesses and window nets (and fire extinguishers and kill switches and no burnable interiors and no breakable glass, etc., etc.).
They're only real draw back is no windshield, but you shouldn't be getting any rocks or such coming at you thru the windshield like you would on a dirt track with 10 or 15 other cars all around you.
Sound might also be a concern as a lot of dirt cars just run straight pipes and the field they used had a bunch of houses on one side and a church (Sunday too) on the other side.

That looks fun, I have nothing to run out there though.

I've seen a Vette running in a Rallycross event. (Not a Z06 though) I even used to have a picture, but can't find it now.
